(March 20, 2017, 8:40 am)The owners were extremely friendly and the house was very cozy and charming. The rooms were comfortable and, even though the bedsheets were a tad bit scratchy, I got a great night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was AMAZING. Fresh fruit and a French toast casserole that knocked my socks off. I've read reviews about it and it was definitely worth the hype. In a very convenient location that's close to wherever you'd like to go. I'll absolutely be back again!

(December 5, 2016, 1:53 pm)Great B&B to stay in! This started as a Christmas present for my in-laws that was given to them last yr 2015. They didn't get a chance to go and realized it was going to expire by the end of December of 2016. They asked us to go with them since it was their first B&B, plus they know how much we love Lancaster & B&B's. My husband and I decided to join them. Luckily they accepted children. This was our first B&B with my daughter who is 3 years old. Denise and Al (owners of B&B) played with my daughter, had toys for her and made her a plate for breakfast the 2 days we were there. They're such a lovely couple who love families and very welcoming. The breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. They even provided a toddler air mattress for my daughter. They're the sweetest couple. That said, my in-laws enjoyed there first B&B and glad they were able to experience it at A New Beginning Bed & Breakfast. It was a perfect weekend thanks to Denise and Al. Thank you once again :)

(July 24, 2016, 9:46 am)This is the best bed & breakfast we have ever been to. The owners are very nice and make you feel like you are staying at a friend's or even family's house. The rooms are very well kept and are priced very nicely. Would recommend for anyone to stay here if you are visiting Lancaster PA. The food taste great and the owner will work with your food allergies if you have any.

(March 13, 2016, 10:31 am)Wonderful place to stay! Owners are delightful, the building has much of the original woodwork & all the charm in the world! Victorian bedroom's balcony is great for a drink and snuggle too! EVERY ROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM!!! Breakfasts are delicious! It is not just doughnuts and juice: local products, tasty eggs- very well prepared! Can't wait to come back.
