“Don’t be persuaded by the 2 star rating. This was perfect. Quaint. Immaculate( and I’m super picky and a germaphobe). I was immediately impressed. Check in was fast and simple. Room was exactly what was needed. No weird smells. Heating was quiet. Bed was PERFECT and better than mine! The shower head was to die for. I often come to this area so now I know where to go. When you travel, you are not spending the majority of your time in the room but when you are in the room you want comfort. We were comfortable! No bugs of any sort! I say this because 4 and 5 star places have had the occasional bug, weird smells, unclean towels and more. Travelers Rest has made me a Customer for life! Plus, breakfast was on point. Thanks for the great stay!”

“All of our favorite and distinctive furniture pieces are from Snyder’s. 24 years ago we bought an oak dining room set at Snyder’s and all of the furniture is just as sturdy and great looking as the day we bought it! We’ve enjoyed so many special moments with family and friends around our table (extended with leaves to seat 16) in our dining room! 12 years ago we bought a custom side server cabinet to match the set, which it does beautifully. And recently we bought a great table and bench at Snyder’s made from reclaimed barn wood that are the perfect match for our renovated kitchen, along with custom stools and chairs for a kitchen island. After shopping 3 or 4 local stores and disappointed by quality, price and stain or color options, no surprise that once again we found exactly what we wanted at Snyder’s. Wonderfully friendly and helpful family and staff, the quality and value of Snyder’s furniture is simply second to none! In an age of internet sales and big box stores, it is great to see Snyder’s going strong.”

“The park is a relaxing location in the town of Intercourse. They have a nice play area for children with about 3 or 4 play sets. There are sand pits for volleyball and a long walking trail with a pond and fountain in the center. A pavilion provides protection if a passing storm comes during the summer.”

“A friend recommended Eby's and it was such a wonderful experience! Our room was so comfortable. The house was quiet and relaxing. Joyce cooked an amazing breakfast ready at the time we chose. Provided a map with suggestions to visit. Arranged a meal in an Amish home with the sweetest young couple. A wonderful experience in the home of Joyce and Mel. Highly recommend!”
