(November 13, 2019, 12:13 pm)They recently remodeled part of the original chocolate factory into a boutique Hilton hotel. Spacious modern and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, big bathrooms. Everything is spotless and new. Wonderful service at the front desk and great service, food and drinks in the restaurant which what packed on a Saturday night. Located right in the middle of everything in a cute little town filled with restaurants/bars and shops. It was a great couple of days in Lititz.

(October 27, 2019, 12:53 pm)Loved the hotel. Accomodations we're great. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Restaurant good and service was great as well. Super convenient to walking around Lititz. And right across the street from the historic chocolate factory. In fact the hotel is in the old chocolate factory. Worth the trip and the stay.

(October 15, 2019, 4:46 pm)This is a beautiful new hotel right in the heart of Lititz (which is a great small town to explore) and just about half an hour from the outlets. The lobby is gorgeous, the room is lovely and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. The restaurant also looked great, but it was a little too pricey for us. (The hotel was already a splurge, and breakfast isn't included.) The biggest drawback is that this new hotel isn't quite finished—construction starts right outside your bedroom window at 7AM on weekdays. I mention this because they won't warn you, and there's no disclaimer on the website. Another caveat: you have to pay an extra $10 per day for "secure" parking, which just means "parking meant for hotel guests only." The lot is open, unmanned, and easily accessed by foot. The pros certainly outweigh the cons, and I would stay here again, but I didn't love the rude awakening and the nickel-and-diming.
