When my husband and I went in to check out the inventory at Hondru on 2/10/2020 we met The salesman Josh Hershey. From start to finish we could not have asked for better service. Within the same day everything was processed we became the proud owners of a 2017 Ford focus. All of our questions before during and after the purchase Josh was available to answer any thing we asked. Our purchase experience that day was exceptional. We would give it 10 star if we could. My experience at Hondru Ford was a very positive one due primarily to the salesperson Ian Chea. From the very beginning he took the time to get to know me, my concerns, priorities and questions about purchasing a vehicle. Before the test drives he patiently and effectively reviewed the new technology of each car. Ian is truly a "people person" who cares about matching the correct vehicle with the individual's needs. Went looking for a new truck since I was extremely unhappy with the current one I bought from an extremely sketchy dealership in York. Anyhow, started looking at Chevy's. Test drove one and really liked it. The salesman, Jon Hershey suggested looking at Ford's as well. Test drove an F150 and now had a problem as they were both fantastic vehicles. Brought my wife over for a test drive and she like the Ford better, so that's the way we went. I purchased the Ford, but from the Chevy salesman, Jon. He worked a deal that worked for me and was consistent the whole way through. Chris Titter the sales manager was also extremely helpful during the process. On picking up the vehicle the salesman went over the entire vehicle with the help of one of the Ford guys (Roger). It was an overall pleasure doing this with Hondru Chevy/Ford and I would recommend anyone to go here looking for a new vehicle in that either one of those lines. Thanks all!

Hondru Ford is one of the best Ford dealerships on the East Coast. Not only are they honest, they are always looking to help you find what best suites what you are looking for in a vehicle and sometimes you'd be surprised that it's not what you went in looking at and it may end up being a lower priced vehicle! These guys are on top of their game and give fair and honest deals that cannot be beaten. I have bought numerous vehicles from this dealership and highly recommend them all the way from the sales force to the parts department to maintenance. If you find a better offer elsewhere, I can promise you that they will beat it!
