(May 6, 2019, 2:42 pm)To the person who had the lawsuit, well, DUH! That's when you go and get a second - or even third, opinion from another surgeon. Which you'll need two more opinions if in a lawsuit anyway. Been there. And this surgeon was the one who straightened me and everything out, after another refused to do a simple fix with surgery.
