(March 18, 2021, 4:51 pm)Just wanted to give a quick review to the maintenance man Nick. My husband and I were locked outside of our apartment at 9 pm at night. We called maintenance and at first we didn’t get any response for an hour or so. Then finally after an hour the maintenance manger Nick called and was able to finally come and help us get back inside. He was very polite and so helpful. He apologized that we had to wait so long. Thank you so much Nick for helping us out! We appreciate you!

(February 10, 2021, 5:23 pm)We have been having issues with our furnace recently given the negative degree weather. We reached out to the Boulders for assistance like we have in the past and this time the service and timely manner exceeded our expectations from their past team. Julian who is a part of their current team came right away and fixed our heating. He even came to check up to make sure the temperature was going up. He is a super nice and friendly guy so it seems as if the team is starting to get the right kind of people.

Every issue I’ve had has been promptly answered and taken care of. Julian and Nick are so polite and courteous.. and always take care of maintenance matters in a timely and efficient manner. They always follow through with what they say.. and get the job done. I’m very happy to live in this apartment community.
