  Great experience ????!! All the employees were so nice and professional. I did need to wait a little but the line never got shorter, because I guess everyone loves the food and the great hospitality that they get there. Keep up the good work and it does not go unnoticed!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

  Always satisfied.
  Okay, so the chicken strip portion was a little small, but ...
  Chikfila is always busy because of its great reputation for good food with fast and friendly service. The food is yummy. Chicken is always great. I got the fruit cup this time, and was happily pleased that it was all fresh: apples, strawberries, and blueberries, with mandarin oranges. Not mushy or thawed from frozen, not canned , not even fresh but sitting too long in juice. Just fresh.
  There are always lines, but the lines move quickly. Cashier and table waiter are friendly. It didn't disrupt the service from being efficient, but it remained friendly - smiles, helpful questions and answers. One more thing on that note: the cashier wasn't just friendly with us but also with her other coworkers. That was really nice to see, and only made the experience more positive.
  2 suggestions : 1. larger portions for chicken strip and 2. Move closer to where I live so I can visit more often. ☺
  Highly recommend, and will return.

  Always in and out within 10 minutes, even if its a long line. They have good management. There is a kids playplace here. The milkshakes are good. The staff is always smiling, and helpful. Its great how they help the next person in line with a wave, sometimes at other stores the cashiers just stand there until the customer figures out its their turn. I love it here!

  By far one of the best fast food restaurants. Our food was tasty, hot, and fresh. Yes it was a little busy, but considering the long line in the drive thru as well as inside, the staff was courteous and served with a smile. My son and I arrived close to closing, but was never rushed to eat our food and as we were walking out the door (at 10:12 pm) we heard.."Thank you, Have a good night." Definitely worth the wait. ❤️????⬅️????

  OH man!! Great, awesome customer service! My family and I went through the drive through. We pulled up and was greeted. We responded, "you have so many delicious looking pics we just need to look at them." He says back, "Enjoy the pics and let me know when your ready." So generous. We did enjoy our meals!! Thank you!
