  Nice, new store. I bought a kayak online and picked up in store. Great experience. There’s a tablet by the register to input your order number and within seconds they have someone in the back grabbing your order. Brought it right out to my truck out front. In store purchases have all been solid too. A little higher priced on fishing lures and gear than Wal-Mart.

  This store has been nothing but clutch for me!!! All my fishing needs, clothes, sports equipment and best of all they’re always willing to help no matter the situation. Great customer service.

  Thank you, to all of you who took the time to review our store here in Lancaster, PA whether giving us a great or poor rating. You're comments keep us accountable. I believe we currently have a team in place that has the potential to be great. Most of my coworkers work hard, communicate well, and give really good customer service. It starts with us having 3 really good managers that push us to genuinely keep the athlete first - Emily, Amanda, and Jared. I've never worked for a place that gives as much discounts and savings to our athletes by way of coupons from our free score card rewards program, which saves each athlete hundreds of dollars each year, as our store does. For those of you who we've disappointed and let down with poor customer service, we are sorry and hope you will give us a second chance. We love serving the Lancaster Community and all who visit us from overseas as well. It is truly our pleasure to get to work at Dicks to equip the athlete with the tools they need to compete at the highest levels to achieve their dreams. We're not perfect, but every day we challenge each other to be better than the day before. We hope to see you and your family soon at Dicks!
