  Adopted a stray from outside and brought her in for the physical and to have some vaccinations and tests for diseases. I had talked to 4 vet care places before banfield and they all seemed like I was a burden to talk to, but not this place! They answered all my questions in depth and helped choose the wellness plan with the best pricing and care for my needs and didn’t push to make me buy anything. Even had to call back to ask two questions I forgot and they were happy to answer them. Fair pricing and very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend. They did have a sign that said they were training new vets, so that might be the reason why the reviews from further back were less favorable.

  They take really good care of Cocoa. They spent time answering our questions. The staff is amazing

  I have experienced Banfield in Davie/Hollywood, FL and now Lancaster, PA. I'm pleased to be able to reflect on my personal experience with, not one but, two locations. Thoughts that easily come to mind are professional, personal, caring and knowledgeable Veterinary services! Additionally, confidence in skills, compassion for the patient (????????????????and❤), patience with owners (????) and an overall pleasant and thorough service experience are the norm! Many thanks...Kudos to both location teams! Missing the Florida team (????) but your Lancaster, PA partners have been exceptional, as well! Very comforting and thankful!
