  This past fall I came to Finch Jewelers not having a clue of what I was doing. I had my girlfriend's grandmother's engagement ring and an idea. From the moment that I walked into the door I felt the compassion of individuals that truly wanted to offer you the best experience possible. We talked about various options for creating a new ring and placing those old diamonds. After looking at various options we had the our plan. They worked around my schedule and even when the first mold was not up to my vision; they gladly made some adjustments to create the most incredible ring I could have imagined. Cut to the end.. My now fiance, adores her ring and never going anywhere without it. If you want incredible customer service, flexibility, and an incredible end product.. This is the place you need to be!

  My wife and I visited Finch in late December to discuss having a custom ring made to replace her original engagement solitaire and wedding band wrap. She had stopped wearing the solitaire several years ago when we upgraded her wedding band, as it no longer matched. I was looking to surprise her with a new ring design with a larger center stone, but that also included her original solitaire and the smaller diamonds from her old wedding band. We had only a general idea of what we wanted, so we appreciated Mindy spending time showing us various different rings and design trends to give us some ideas and suggestions. A week or two later, we met to review several different mock-up designs that Finch's designers had created. We appreciated being able to see and handle actual 3D printed models throughout the design process, as it allowed us to see exactly what it would look like and make minor tweaks to the design. Mindy did a wonderful job of presenting us with several different options for a beautiful new center stone. She also found a nearly perfect matching solitaire for our original solitaire, as both of these stones are set on either side of the new center stone. We just picked up the ring and it is beautiful, better than we could've imagined. We loved the experience of dealing with Finch, as we felt like family.   Jess and the entire staff at Finch are nothing short of amazing. My husband had my engagement ring and wedding band custom made there and to say they far exceeded my expectations is an understatement. All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them!

  Dealing with Jessica and her staff has been a wonderful experience. I have dealt with them on several projects in the past 2 years and they have all exceeded expectation including an engagement ring that was absolutely stunning. Their professionalism and personal service is so appreciated. They all get to know you on a first name basis and they make you feel like family! you will not find a better jewelry experience in the area.

  I recently got engaged and purchased an engagement ring i liked but didn't love. I brought it into Finch and had the pleasure of working with Mindy and WOW. Mindy gave me her own opinions, and valued all my concerns. She was awesome. She spoke so highly of the staff at finch including the jewelers. She made me feel comfortable and she did not come off as your typical salesman at a Zales or Kays. Long story short, they re-designed the engagement ring and couldn't be happier. They encouraged us to come in during the process so we can see the ring as its being changed, from the wax 3d figure to the finished product. It was such a fun experience and love how excited they were to keep us included in it. The work there is awesome! The people are awesome! The store is beautiful and clean and everyone is so professional and very personable! THIS PLACE IS 10 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
