  Great place! Adorable and chic atmosphere with unique retail and plenty of seating. Friendly staff and of course delicious cupcakes. Had a "late night snack", and also LOVE the cupcake splits with soft serve ice cream.

  When we were planning our wedding we knew that we had to have Lancaster cupcake, and they did not disappoint!!! The ordering process was easy and the staff who helped us (I wish I could remember her name!) was SO helpful with adding ideas that went so well with our theme. Delivery was on time and the set up looked gorgeous! Everything was DELICIOUS! Our guests raved about them and we didn’t have leftovers! Thank you!!!!

  we went to the granite run location for a cupcake tasting this for our wedding. both the ladies who helped us were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us figure out what we were doing for our big day. mandy was exceptionally helpful and alleviated some of our anxieties and gave advice surrounding the wedding that had nothing to do with cupcakes and also recommended a florist & seamstress. we left the bakery having not only crossed off one more thing off the list but also feeling more confident going forward with the rest of our planning. I forgot the name of the other lady with us. sorry about that! she was wearing a shirt with bicycles on it and I believe she was the head baker? she was also very helpful and very knowledgeable about the different flavors and options available and helped us pick perfect cupcakes for the day that looked & tasted amazing! between the two of them I felt very confident in picking Lancaster cupcake for our wedding. On the day of the wedding the cupcakes were delivered on time with rented stands and everybody loved them, especially the lemon ones! They were a huge hit! Thank you so much for making our special day sweeter

  I stopped in yesterday for an iced espresso and a vegan cupcake. Both were delicious. I’ve eaten more vegan cupcakes than I care to admit and this one was one of the best. Most are kind of dry or the icing is too sweet. This one was fantastic. Staff was nice, too.

  We were running late for our evening cupcake decorating workshop, and Shea made us feel completely at ease. She assured us that "they would make it work" and indeed they did. Everyone was so kind, patient, and gave my son the opportunity to complete his cupcakes without being rushed! Shea spent so much time talking with my son and making him feel valued and important. Thank you Shea, and Lancaster Cupcake for taking the stress out of our day and allowing us to focus on a "sweet" time together. This was not our first time in your store, and it will certainly not be our last:)
