Bob is a great guy. Never had a bad experience and have been dealing with Youngs for a decade.
My experience with Young's has been fantastic! Tim was there for us with the oxygen right when my son got out of the hospital - even though it was after regular hours. So friendly and helpful explaining everything. (Tim also helped my mother with her oxygen before she passed away and she really loved him.) Meredith worked hard to make sure my son got his CPap asap - and Bob, the respiratory therapist who came to instruct us on its use and make sure it was set up properly, was not just knowledgeable, but so sweet and kind and patient with my son who can be quite challenging. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you SO much Young's!!
