  Zephyr Thomas was great to deal with for our four season room upgrade. Brad was easy to work with and gave us ideas to consider and made sure we understood everything. He measured and measured again then brought Mick over to look at the project and they measured again !!!! They worked within our timeframe and budget for a wonderful finished project. We couldn't be happier !!!

  We had windows and shutters installed by Zephyr Thomas about a month ago. The sales process with Brad was very easy and pressure free. Donnie and Steve were excellent installers. They were quick and kept everything clean. They were willing to answer any questions I had. Very happy with my new windows!

  We have worked with Zephyr Thomas on multiple occasions and each time have been very satisfied with their service. The salespersons are very knowledgeable and don't push you into something you don't need. For our most recent project, the gutter guard installation technician was very professional and courteous. He completed the job in a timely manner and not a trace of debris was found when he was finished. So far we are very happy with the gutter guard product we chose and the service we received!

  I highly recommend Zephyr Thomas employees and their work. I needed a custom exterior door for a 1910 house. Daryel, the salesman, and I worked through several options (such as figuring out how to handle the transom and the type of door) before settling on a great plan. Then Doug and Dave spent two days installing the door, a bit longer than anticipated because of challenges related to the age of the house. Their work was very professional and detail-oriented -- and the door looks stunning. They were also friendly and pleasant to have around. If I need more work done at my house, I will definitely call on Zephyr Thomas again.

  Matt clearly explained our options and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. Doug is very skilled and did a great job with the custom capping. We've used Zephyr Thomas in the past and have always been pleased with their work.
