  Just bought a new car from this dealership and couldn't have chose a better place to buy a new car! Bill Pham was super helpful and made things super easy for me to buy a car on a tight schedule. He showed that he truly cared about my purchase and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my car when leaving the dealership. Highly recommend!!

  I had several warning lights go on simultaneously a couple of weeks ago. I called service immediately and they told me to come in. I had an aftermarket warranty and had not purchased my 2016 Impreza there. They took care of obtaining authorization for repair and provided a loaner car. The repairs were completed promptly and correctly. Even though they are 21 miles from my house I am looking to purchase my next car here. I believe that my experience with their service department was the BEST EVER!!!!

  I had a great experience buying a car from LCM. Andre was very friendly, honest, and did not make us feel rushed to buy a car. Andre and the other staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend buying a car here (especially a Subaru).

  I brought my 2015 Subaru Legacy for the 90k service. They had actually texted to remind me that I had service due. I was scheduled in later that week and was kept up to date via text throughout the entire process. Derek, Kevin, and Ross patiently answered any questions I had, along with taking great care my vehicle. I could not be happier with the customer service/experience at Lancaster County Motors and I will definitely be coming to them for all of my Subaru needs.
