  I originally reviewed this business at two stars, but the owner of the salon reached out to me, determined to give me a positive experience. After a free consultation to make sure I was getting what I was asking for, I went in for a second haircut from Sam and am so much happier! The experience was fantastic and I was really impressed by the owner's dedication to customer satisfaction. I didn't want to be a diva client, but BLU made me feel great about coming back in for another cut. I'm definitely going to recommend BLU to others and will be returning for future cuts and services. Very, very happy customer.

  The staff was absolutely wonderful and the space was gorgeous. I didn't have a great experience, unfortunately. I felt like my stylist was distracted and rushing the entire time, and I paid for a "deva cut" but literally all she did was give me a trim, no layers. I left pretty unhappy with my $55 haircut and am probably going to get it cut again--elsewhere. I don't want to be rough on my stylist; I've seen her work on their Insta and she's very talented. But I don't think she was very invested in me or my hair. I know I'll never schedule myself as the first appointment on a Saturday morning again. I could just tell she had a busy day before her and I wasn't priority.

  Everyone at the spa (and also the athletic club) are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are all so easy to talk to and really listen to what you want (especially in the hair salon). The massage therapists are wonderful and the stretch therapy has helped my husband get rid of his back pain. The front staff is always smiling and engaging and can help with any questions.

  Always an incredible experience from the second you walk in the building! The staff is very kind and offers beverage's. Joy is an amazing stylist who specializes in and onlyncuts curly hair. I can rest assured that my hair will look fabulous. She takes the time to go over the best at home hair care method's. She is very silly and a very kind person! I love BLU salon!
