  Darian, the Spycom technician was excellent...very professional, explaining his work, answering my questions and tweaking my sound system to suite our likes and needs. I would definitely recommend Spycom to anyone serious about great home sound systems. We won't call anyone else...they are very reliable and know what works. Thanks, Brian, Darian and Spycom for a positive experience to start off the 2019 year...a year for better sight and sound!

  We’ve used spy come for almost 10 years for all of our homes audio visual needs. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. Always quick to come out and fix things that need updating or changed out.

  I recently contracted Spycom Tech to assist with the installation of a new smart-home thermostat. From my first contact to the last, their entire staff was a delight to work with! I primarily worked with Andrea throughout our transaction and it's abundantly clear she's the perfect person for that position. Her friendly demeanor and warm personality made me feel as though all of my questions and concerns were important to her. Never once was I made to feel that I was a burden on their staff or their time. My particular project had a few unorthodox constraints but the folks at Spycom didn't even bat an eye at them.
  
  Beyond the pleasure of working with Andrea, their technician's quality of work and professionalism was exemplary. I had a special request that they text me when they were close to my home so I could bring out my dog to meet them rather than have him bark and jump all over when they rang the door bell. This request was honored and it saved me a lot of headaches. The technicians were immediately respectful of my home and took it upon themselves to remove their shoes upon entering without me asking them to do so. I was genuinely surprised by this as no other service person who's entered my home had the consideration to do so. Even after I told them they didn't need to do that, they continued to do so every time they came back in the house. The technicians were very friendly and did a fantastic job with the device install. Everything was flush with the wall, square all around, and couldn't have been completed in a better way.
  
  Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Spycom and I would highly recommend them for any projects you may have that would fit the scope of their operation. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my schedule which was incredibly important to me.
