  My brother and I recently lost our mom who lived in New Jersey, and I work out of state as well. The entire staff of Charles F. Snyder were not only knowledgeable and professional, but compassionate and gentle with the special circumstances of interstate requirements to bring mom home to Lancaster where our dad is also buried. Tabitha handled planning the arrangements, Sharon served as director for the service with the rest of the staff all providing comforting support during this difficult time. The clergy, Father Arena, gave a sermon that was deeply moving and filled all who were present with the spirit of our Lord. Jody then followed up with us for additional support and other legal details dealing with the interstate transfer.
  They are a first class service provider, and our entire family could not be more pleased with every aspect of our mom's memorial service and the personal respect with which all the details were handled.
  We thank you all for caring, and a job well done !!!

  My family recently lost a loved one unexpectantly. We chose Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home for its stellar reputation, personal experience with its services and generosity in our local community. We worked with Tabitha who made this devastating experience bearable. She was kind, professional, efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. She made the decisions we had to make comfortable and her handling of the services was seamless. She and her staff were present but unobtrusive and seemed to know just what we needed and when. We also worked with Sam related to our family member's cremation. She was equally professional, kind, responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you to all of the professionals we encountered during this terrible time for our family.

  I just buried my wonderful husband, a loving father and grandfather. Snyder’s was amazing with every detail including giving you in divided attention when you needed it most. They are phenomenal. Highly recommend them to all.

  A million thanks to Chad and the entire staff at Snyder. Needing your services was very unexpected, and I was completely lost, but the moment that I stepped into your facility, I was treated with the utmost levels of compassion and professionalism. You took me step by step through everything and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to all of you. In the midst of the worst moments of my life, your guidance was so appreciated. I also cannot thank you enough for going further than the extra mile and putting some personal touches into services that were so very meaningful to myself and my family. You went above and beyond; I could not have asked for better service. The follow up by Chad and the staff was also very appreciated and definitely went the extra mile as well. While I hope that I will not be needing your services anytime soon, I will highly recommend your business to others and feel free to use me as a reference. Thank you, again, for everything that you did for my family.

  During the process at the loss of my dear husband Kris, meeting Chip, Chad and Summer were the most wonderful moments our family encountered. They are the kindest people I have ever been privileged to work with. As a matter of fact, everyone came to greet us, help us, encourage our family and provided whatever we needed. They made us feel like we all were family. God bless these dear new friends with joy and renewed strength for all they do .❤ Thank you!
