    Over all Great place! great dentist and great employees . Found this amazing office and dentist after 2 botched root canals at American dental . If I would have Chosen smiles designs first I would have two more teeth in my mouth ! In my opinion They set the standard with dental work ! Keep up the good work .

    What a great team of professionals to depend on. Relaxing, clean environment to have your dental work performed. The are flexible and work with your schedule. I Highly recommend using their services.

    I have extreme fear and anxiety when it comes to getting any dental work done and the entire staff at Smile Designs is absolutely so kind and understanding. Dr Nickens never hurries anything or puts any pressure on you. He explains everything and takes time with each and every person. You can tell that these individuals at this office love what they do, but also love the patients that come to their office.

    Dr. Nickens is wonderful! He is so caring and gentle.
    Dr. Nickens staff is wonderful, they are all so friendly and helpful.
    The office is very clean and modern and relaxing.
    I highly recommend Smile Designs of Lititz
