It’s been a great experience taking my kids to the practice.
Never had any of the issues that were mentioned on here. Dr. Ginder (both Dr. Ginders) are great. They sit and listen to everything you have to say. They're very well mannered. They explain in detail in a way that you will understand. And the staff is always great and right there when you call or come in. I like Dr. Mary Ginder so much, that I followed her when she quit from her last practice. I will not see anyone else besides these two doctors now.
We switched to Kissel Family and Dr Ginder just a few months ago. It was hard to find someone any different than the 99% of most the McDoctor's out there and we were lucky to finally find a rare doctor with intelligence and integrity. The staff has been very easy to work with if we need a referral and so far they have been great.
Dr Ginder is a doctor who actually listens to his patients. He is knowledgeable, calm, and willing to look at all circumstances before diagnosing. Doctors these days don't always take time to care, but Dr Ginder does!
