“I work in the rehabilitation department and I LOVE MY JOB! All of my regular LPN's and RN's jump in and provide ADL care and answer call bells just like the Aides provide. My 7pm-7am colleagues all work as a true team to provide our residents with the care they deserve and to meet whatever the needs are for our residents. I enjoy assisting our residents in their recovery process, I like the continual change in residents due to it being short term rehab. Leadership has been great to work with, and our unit is organized and everyone knows what is expected of them. This is one of the best nursing homes I've ever worked for!”
