Did a fantastic job on my front and back bumper after getting rear-ended, turned my car around within a week and also vacuumed/cleaned the inside! Car looks new!

Recently had my car serviced here after it was rear ended. Employees were knowledgeable, straightforward, and professional. I had daily text messages on the status of the repairs and location has an Enterprise rental agent; which allowed me to pick up the car onsite and return it when my car was completed.

In July 2019, I was in a minor vehicle accident, with front fender and side bumper damage, as well as a door jam that made an awful clanking noise every time I got in and out of my vehicle.

Since I use geico for my vehicle insurance, I was informed I could utilize Signature Collision or another collision center in York. I opted for Signature based on a previous experience and overall good reviews.

My vehicle was dropped off on a Monday with an estimated 6 day repair window. My appointment was at 7:30am. I was greeted promptly, brought inside to review paperwork, etc., had the opportunity to walk with the staff around my vehicle and explain the damage I was aware of. I was then given the keys to my rental (which Enterprise had ready, waiting for me in the lot!). I received communication at least daily from Signature Collision, with progress updates. By Thursday (after only 4 days) my vehicle was ready for pick up.

My vehicle was repaired expeditiously and with great detail. It is driving like new again.
