Great doctor's, great staff! I get great care, and none finer than Dr. Michael Shirk, who's been helping, looking after my mother for many year's. She's 86 now, and has various health issue's. ????????
Ignore the reviews. Most of them are just people complaining about not getting the appointment scheduled exactly when they wanted it. This practice absolutely cares for its patients and will do whatever it can to make sure they are treated. Yes, the staff is stretched thin (because everyone wants THIS practice), so of course most patients won't get scheduled for the date they wanted. That doesn't make the office staff "rude" or the doctors apathetic to the patient's conditions.
In short, this practice is in demand. They are in demand because they are excellent at treating their patients. So of course any logical human being can deduce that an in-demand practice will obviously have an overwhelming schedule and will not be able to fulfill every patient's request at getting an appointment at their choosing.
Personally I have been coming here for 20 years. I have been diagnosed with several conditions, and each one has been successfully treated by the professional staff or has been treated by a doctor they had referred me to, and the same goes for my family.

This needed an updated review. Doctors here are great. If you make an appointment, they get to you within a 15 minute window of that. The best part is you aren't left waiting on the table long after the nurses check weight and blood pressure. The office staff can be a bit unaaccommodating at times, but it's really just due to how busy the place can be. The building also has a strange layout for checking in and checking out. Other than that, if you become a patient here you will find they take great care of you and your loved ones.
