  I’ve been a customer of Roberts Automotive for over 20 years. I’ve never been treated better by any garage! Great work, fair prices, honest mechanics. I highly recommend them.

  I didn't plan on giving 5 stars... but applause is not just due when things are done right the first time, but when things are made right if it takes a "second time". As humans, we all need to have grace for others and it's not about getting things perfect the first time as much as service and making things right.
  
  I had a tire blow out at 85 mph and my truck was towed to their shop. While the early communication wasn't super clear about timeline or what to expect, I was informed my truck was ready a few days later. The short version is that I didn't get far without another flat on the patched/fixed tire - and didn't have any spare to put on my "fixed" tire. So, in my opinion I paid and got nothing... just a few days without my daily-driver, and then rescheduled my evening to pick up a truck that wasn't fixed.
  
  Later that evening when I spoke with the owner (who wasn't in the shop that day when they repaired the tire), he promised he would make things right. The next day he informed me they would replace both front tires as they hadn't properly handled the first round of issues... and as a fellow business owner, I know that people make mistakes and can overlook things but what's most important is what happens next.
  
  In this case, I would actually use this shop again and trust they will look out for my best interests. I appreciate the service and will be a return customer.

  Impressed with seamless online-to-phone transition when trying to relay background info for my problem. Also, greatly appreciated their willingness to stay a few minutes past the end of their day while we fought through traffic to pick our car up. Repair done... the right way... the first time. Excellent! Thanks!

  I've just discovered Roberts recently and I'm so glad I did. The service was fantastic. Everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable and very willing to help. The service was done quickly, completed on time and they went the extra mile with a follow up phone call a few days later. I can't imagine going anywhere else for Audi service in Lancaster.

  Service and communication was excellent; my 2000 Audi A6 2.7T was in their shop for almost two weeks, which was necessary given the work that the car needed. Given that I did my homework on my car and have a limited understanding of the parts and what it needed, I was able to communicate with the staff regarding repairs; they were extremely helpful. The car needed extensive work (full upper control arm kit, rear control arms, both front axles, brake rotors, etc), and the results were/are excellent; the car drives like it's brand new. Robert's Auto finished work on the car and came within the price estimate they gave me when they requested authorization to replace what was needed. Whenever my car needs work that I cannot do at home, Robert's Auto is where I'll take my car. They just gained a loyal customer when it comes to yearly state inspection.
