Beautiful nature preserve with great hike. Visited in the winter so it was not terribly crowded, although some people have said it does get crowded in the warmer months.
Side note - we walked down one side of the river (yellow trail, I think) and back up the other (blue, I think) but there was no way to get back to the parking lot from this side of the river. Seemed as though there was a bridge mising that was usually there.
Beautiful. Easy hike but with gorgeous views and a lovely stream to walk besides
This was worth making a stop here from my visit in the Lancaster area. You have a few trails to explore and the sights of the River, the water flowing down stream and midsize to small waterfalls added a delightful treat to the eyes. They have a few small parking areas to park your vehicle and take a walk around the surrounding area. Just take my word for it, make a stop and enjoy the views yourself.
Beautiful falls and lots of pretty ice formations in the winter. We definitely want to go back and explore more. Very peaceful and pretty.
It's so beautiful here! If you visit, don't be a douche. Take out what you brought in (this means your trash, too!)
When I think of the Chronicles of Narnia , I definitely imagine the snowy winter scenes in The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. When I first spoke with Lexi over the phone about what she envisioned for her senior session, I knew it was going to be good.
