  No place to park enough 4 3 cars. Wide field with tall grasses, very few tree encroachment, slight top soil habitat great for grasses.

  Gorgeous trail with breath taking views. Also a very interesting Chestnut breeding plot. Certainly worth the drive. Parking/ finding the trail head can be tricky. You have to park at the Reed Run trailhead (you will see this on your left as you drive in) then you continue on foot to the end of house Rock road (about 20 yards) you then pick up a gravel road with a "no motor vehicles" sign. You follow this for about a hundred yards till you get to the preserve map and trail heads. But, as I said before. It's well worth it

  Basically it's just a 1.4 Mile Trail to House Rock there is no parking at the entrance to House Rock Nature Preserve
