  Trella is an amazing healer. I’ve seen Trella for a few months. One day I woke up with a locked neck and she was my first call! I highly recommend her for craniosacral therapy. She has really helped my neck to relax.

  Trella has been so instrumental in my healing journey. I'm a massage therapist and I've dealt with chronic shoulder pain for over 20 years. I was at the point where I couldn't sleep on my right side. I decided to give Craniosacral Therapy a try. During the sessions, I could literally feel individual muscle fibers releasing! It was completely relaxing and painless as well. After three treatments, I've slept on my right shoulder and woken up pain free!

  After an employee wellness event introduced me to Trella, I soon came to realize the healing gift that she has to offer. Personally, she is warm, funny, compassionate and listens to what my body and I have to say to her. Professionally, she combines her expertise of various therapies to alleviate whatever is troubling me on any given day. She uses Young Living oils in her practice as well, which is the reason why I became a lover of the oils (I own over 100 oils now). I look forward to our weekly sessions to help alleviate my frequent pain and it really gives me something to look forward to at the end of the work week. Her office smells amazing and you will not find a better massage therapist anywhere! Hands down, she is everything this body needs!

  I’ve been seeing Trella for well over a year and I always look forward to our sessions. The office is a reflection of Trella herself—warm, inviting, and deeply personal.
  
  I’ve referred a number of family and friends to Trella at Sage because I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Body work at Sage is so much more than massage—I’ve gotten advice, compassionate treatment, and a new understanding about listening to my body and what it needs.
  
  I can not recommend Sage more. I have continued monthly treatment with her as have my family and friends. I will also note that as a Young Living representative she has provided me with an excellent experience in exploring essential oils.

  I have been going to Trella for a few years now and can’t imagine not having her apart of my self care. She is very patient and caring in her approach to healing in her massage and truly knows what she is doing. Having Young Living oils definitely adds to the quality of her massages.
