  Genuinely friendly staff. Adam, the man that rang me up, was a nice, helpful, not pushy, and he even gave me a discount as we talked about prices. I never felt pushed, forced, or even talked down to because I'm a woman (every woman will know what I'mtalking about).
  Jason, the mechanic working on my engine was quick but thorough (I could see him double checking everything). I felt confident that he truly wanted to, and did, a good job.
  They all wore their masks correctly as well.

  VIOC is a fun place to get my maintenance done for my car. I love watching everything going on with the provided camera views of my car. The staff are always very friendly and professional. I never feel Any pressure to purchase services, they always give me a print-out of maintenance items to help me plan for future trips. I guarantee, future trips to VIOC there will be!

  Jason was awesome! Let me know exactly what was wrong and what it would take to get my belt that was squealing fixed. He then took the time afterward to ask if I had any questions. Never felt that they were pushing extra services on me either. Couldn't have asked for a nicer service. I also liked that he was explaining to the newer guy what to look for and then gave him hands-on training. Thanks, Jason and Dan!

  Very nice staff. Modern and clean service room. Don't have to leave your car. Installed video cameras above and below the car. From your seat, you can see the work of the staff. Fast friendly service.
  However, after changing the oil, I found that a little oil had dripped from my car onto the garage floor. It turned out that the bolt on the filter cap was not fully screwed in. I checked oil level and it was above the maximum mark (I followed the recommendations for checking the oil level). I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, however this is more of a cautionary review. Trust, but verify.
  
  UPDATE: Changed rating from 3 to 4 stars; company's management quickly responded once I reached out to the given email. They were very client-oriented and fully compensated me for the inconvenience.

  Been here twice in the last 6 months just for oil changes. They are thorough and efficient both times I was in and out in 10 minutes. no hassle taking coupons you get in your emails either. They offer you all the recommended services but no hard sales. I just declined and we move on.

  Immediately felt at home here - sermons are incredible every week, so much love and caring is shared, Pastor Ingrid is everything one could wish for with no pretenses, wonderful morning prayer on Wednesdays led by Brother David, a true worship experience here.
