I had great experience with them in the past. The recent experience would have been a 2 stars since the first tech that came out to fix my refrigerator did not know what to do and did not communicate with me nor AHS that they could not fix the refrigerator. I had to follow up with several phone calls to tech (only to be told that there was a "lawsuit" with the manufacturer and they could not do anything about it); and I emailed AHS stating that it had been 5 weeks after initial request to inquire what was going on. Second time around was much better, AHS sent out better tech who fixed the refrigerator's part within a week and the new AHS rep was more communicative. So I think it is worth it to have AHS but you have to be vigilant of the repair process. Not all techs know what they are doing.
Called for service on my furnace and it was fixed within 36 hours and only had to pay the $75. Great service and I love having piece of mind that they’ll resolve our issue with little trouble.
