(January 24, 2019, 11:10 am)If you have ever had the urge to try but are nervous about being judged for not knowing what you’re doing this is 100% the place for you. The owner and all of the coaches are able to work with all fitness levels but also push you to get outside of your comfort zone. Not to mention you gain a whole new family you didn’t even know you needed!

There are people of all skill level here and the motivation is out of this world! Chris and the other instructors ensure that you are getting the best workout you can while ensure that you are being safe. Come see for yourself!

(June 19, 2018, 7:51 am)Love this place!!! Bull Ridge Fitness is the most friendliest gym I have ever been to. Everyone there is super supportive and makes you work hard to make yourself better each day. Going in on my first day I felt very welcomed and already knew everyone was there for the same reason. I never thought I would find a gym that feels like family. Chris is awesome and encouraging. She will always help you if you need something modified or if you had a previous injury. Bull Ridge Fitness is great!
