  This is my 3rd round of therapy at Pivot. (Originally Pro-Care). Wendy is the best. My first experience with Ryan and Sam. Couldn't be more pleased. Great group of people.

  I have a chronic neurologic problem that requires a lot of time and effort to figure out and manage. Ryan is a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to evaluate what’s going on and come up with creative ways to try to maximize my level of function. He’s willing to work with my limitations to make a program that works for me and evolves with my changing needs. He cares about his patients and their success. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a physical therapist that is patient-focused, has a broad knowledge base, and is willing to personalize your treatment to meet your specific goals. Wendy at the front desk is amazing at wrangling the financial and paperwork side of things. She’s a great patient advocate and a pleasure to work with.

  Pivot Physical Therapy is the place to go for physical therapy! Every time I go in I am greeted by the wonderful Wendy who is so kind and sweet. Ryan and Sam both work very hard to get be better than I was before I came in. They are both very motivational and one of the two of them is always with me while I am doing my exercises so that I know I am doing them correctly. They also push me to make my exercises harder without any pain. Pivot Physical Therapy is truly the place to go for physical therapy!

  If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go! What I appreciate most is the individual care and attention that I receive during my sessions. Both Ryan and Sam are always with me or watching as I do my exercises to make sure that I am doing them correctly. Ryan is very professional, knowledgeable, competent and caring. I like that he explains why he is doing what he is doing and how it will help me recover. Knowing why I am doing something makes it easier for me to follow up at home. Sam is also a great therapist and has added much to my progress. Wendy is who you will meet at the front desk, and she is the best! Very pleasant and accommodating and can navigate your insurance coverage like no other. I highly recommend this team of professionals!

  If you need therapy. this is the place to go. They are very nice and caring. They do their job well. Ryan was very understanding how you felt. He pushed you to do your work, but did not overdo it if you were in pain. If I ever need therapy again, this is where I will go.
