He is accessible and responds in a timely fashion to emails or texts. My husband and I have experienced a wonderful level of care. I am so pleased that we chose Alere Family Health. Ashley his nurse is on top of things and quick to respond to questions. She is both friendly and professional.

He builds rapport with his patients and desires to know them so as to truly build the best and most comprehensive medical treatment plans for them. By doing this, you, the patient, feel cared for and respected, and you know your time with him was thorough and the outcome of care was individualized just for you. Hard to find that type of doctor and attention to detail, (your details), in medicine anymore. Thankful my family is cared for by him. Did I mention he can see you ON THE DAY YOU CALL!!

Not just by being a great Doctor but a doctor that has feelings and a big big heart. Your the best Doctor Lupold. Thank you! So much for not only taking care of me.
