  Leaman's is a wonderful, super cute and comfy place to stay! My mom and dad have stayed there twice while visiting Lancaster Co. This last time my brother and his family also visited. The place is set up super personable--it actually looks a lot more like a house than a motel. There are 4 different rooms, each with their own personal full bathroom. And there is one other room (a suite - nicer/bigger I think than the other rooms) at the other end of the house. There is a kitchen (complete with dishware, cookware, sink, stove, dishwasher and fridge), a breakfast nook (part of the kitchen with a table, but not in the way of kitchen cooking space). And there is a dining room separate from the kitchen as well. There is a living room with the two couches and two armchairs, a TV and even a piano! So everything in the kitchen, dining room, living room is free for you to use for personally during your stay. Of course you do want to leave everything the way you found it. But if there are any issues, the owners live right next door. The owner actually stopped in while we were there, had a lovely conversation with us. And while he was there, my mom realized that one of the rungs on one of the kitchen chairs was coming loose. The owner took the chair so he could maintenance it. The place really has a super cute and comfy atmosphere to it. It almost feels like your at your favorite grandma's or aunt's place. (Think welcoming grandma/aunt, not cranky.) There's even a basket here and there with books and magazines for casual reading. My parents and family will always be staying at Leaman's Country Lodging when they come visit Lancaster Co in the future.

  Clean, no frills rooms for the entire family. The house is set in the middle of beautiful farmland and convenient to all that the Lancaster area offers. Nice to have private rooms with their own full baths and access to a living area and full kitchen. The furniture could use a little updating. It's the only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star rating.

  Lovely homey clean and peaceful place. John and Nancy are beautiful people. John knew the best places to go eat, shop and sight see. This will be our forever home away from home.
