I have participated in and received multiple services from Leslie Hitchcock at Bodywise Center for Wellbeing in Lancaster. Let me start by saying that Leslie is very knowledgeable in all areas that she offers. I would highly recommend any of the services offered at Bodywise Center for Wellbeing. I have had several types of massages with Leslie and always feel great after words. Leslie is able to help alleviate my back pain every time and allows me to have greater mobility with each visit. Leslie utilizes a traditional approach to pilates and mat classes, based on the principles of Joseph Pilate. The classes, either private or small group, are well done and informative. Bodywise Center offers "frequent buyer" programs which is also a welcome difference from other facilities. Leslie took a person who has not exercised much let alone done pilates and has now gotten me to the point that I feel a major difference if I do not exercise. Ultimately, Leslie has helped me reach my health goals that I didn't even know I had when I walked in the door for the first time.
Amazing! Without a doubt the best body work I have ever had and I am a connoisseur. I have chronic joint and muscle pain due to inflammation and long hours sitting at a desk. Yoga and exercise helps, but I still have issues that can only be alleviated through massage. A recent injury was seriously limiting my mobility and a 90 minute massage with Leslie has left me feeling better than I have in a long time.
