  My hot fudge sundae was good but the cinnamon and sugar pretzel not so much ???? It was too salty or something. Also the cream cheese I got with it was just this hard blob of cream cheese. Hard to get it on my pretzel. I had imagined it'll be a cream cheese spread. Nice place.

  Great ice cream, milkshakes & pretzel dogs! The staff is friendly and there is plenty of seating inside and out. They also recently added a great playground area with lots of slides and swings.

  Very friendly and very good ice cream. I would say it's a little pricey. Soft pretzel was good also (taste is that of auntie Anne's but looks like Philly).

  Cheese steak pretzel sandwich was fantastic and the coffee bean barnyard blast was very tasty as well. Great service!

  While driving through the PA countryside on our last day visiting the area, my boyfriend and I passed a roadside sign that advertised peach shakes at Hayloft’s. We decided we had to make the stop on our way back to New York, and we are so glad that we did. It was an adorable spot with indoor and outdoor seating just a hop, skip, and a jump from a beautiful lake filled with ducks, swans, and fish that you could feed by placing a quarter into any of the several feeders lining the lake area. The staff was so polite and friendly. We ordered peach shakes, root beers, giant pretzels, pretzel-wrapped hot dogs, a chicken and ranch pretzel pocket, and a couple of different dips. Everything was delicious, and I am not even a big pretzel fan. The pretzels were fresh, moist, and flavorful. The two dips we tried were a sweet cream cheese dip, and a honey mustard dip that was to die for. I was over the moon to realize they had jars of it for sale...I bought three! We spent some time feeding the wildlife once we were finished with our food, and enjoyed relaxing on the benches overlooking the lake. Hayloft’s was the perfect spot to spend our last afternoon in PA. Plus, this place is even more special as we learned everyone working there is actually an unpaid volunteer. All proceeds of Hayloft’s support the “Allegany Boys Camp,” which is a year-round residential wilderness camp for young boys struggling in school and at home. When you combine the tasty food, attractive scenery, feeding the wildlife, and supporting a good cause; you have achieved money well spent in my book!
