  Very thorough and knowledgeable with repairs. I had taken my bike to another place nearby that couldn't handle simple repairs. Then I went to LBW and it went great.

  I was in from out of town, and had no intention to buy a bike, but Mark had a gem there on consignment. I couldn't pass it up. They worked with me to have the bike packed well, and shipped to Colorado, it arrived in great condition. Great shop, good vibe, and great customer service.

  One of riding group members broke a spoke in his rear wheel on the ride. We happened to be about a mile away from the shop. They fixed him up right away and inexpensively. Both the mechanic and propeiter were nice people.

  Was one of the few shops that posted cycling clothes on their website. They had a good selection and I didn’t have to play a guessing game of ordering online in hopes of getting something that.. might.. fit. Both employees were extremely welcoming and nice. Sorry I do not remember your names. I recommend trying this place out.

  We had a very pleasant experience with Rebecca at their shop! It was my wife’s first time purchasing a new bike and we were happy at how their store was not pushy or cheesy! Very nice facility with nice people. Thanks for all the help!
