I've used a few different carpet cleaning companies in the past 10 years. I've been disappointed with most companies. Several companies cleaning technicians have either not been professional or have come into my home smelling like cigarette smoke. Major turn off and my house still smelled like smoke when they left!

I've used rugbeaters for the last several years. First to clean carpet, then actually purchased an area rug. Right after I purchased it, our dog decided to leave lots of 'presents' on our brand new handhand-loomed Turkish rug. They were SO accommodating and got it cleaned quickly and back into our new home. Same thing when the toddler knocked over my coffee....
They've been phenomenal in service and quality! Will continue to highly recommend them and use them.
