  Gave them a call on Saturday, after a nice and knowledgeable conversation it was determined, "No you don't need the full trigger replacement kit for your Echo trimmer. We have the single trigger for about $4. We close at 12 o'clock come on by." When I arrived the service area was spotlessly clean and immaculate. I stepped up to the open organized counter and identified myself as the guy who needed the trigger from the phone call. Dylan produced it from beside the register and rang it up for $3.98. He was pleasant, smiled, and very professional. You'd think that I was buying a high-end riding mower and not a $4 trigger.
  
  I left and a mile down the road I thought about maybe I need some trimmer string so I went back. I met a different gentleman at the counter and discussed what kind of string my trimmer needed. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He didn't have a small roll of the size that I needed and then reached around the backside of the counter and produced a free roll of the latest, greatest black diamond trimmer string for me to tryout and asked if I'd give him my opinion on it.
  My experience at Sensenig's Repair and Sales was amazing and I would recommend everyone and anyone to go and see these people who are running an excellent professional business.

  I called intending to find out how soon they could work on my machine. Of course this time of the year they were booked up. But the parts salesman help me to diagnose my problem and I was able to make the repairs myself without needing to get any parts.
