I am very picky in terms of finding the right business, but to tell you honestly, as soon as I saw all their reviews, I knew this got to be it! If you are looking for not only plumbers, but also the company that truly cares, this is the company I would recommend.
I had Roy come over. He spent over 2 hours and fixed everything that I had on my list. Not only that, the quality of work, the integrity was outstanding! Roy also explained everything so well! From now on, I will be calling only them.

Will not call anyone else. Earl is great. We had a new water heater and toilet installed. He had a young man come in to do the work, (can not remember his name, very sorry) he was wonderful. Did a great job, explained things to us and cleaned everything up very nicely. Thank you.
I wanted to share my experience for anyone looking to have plumbing and/or water treatment done. I had Earl come to the house to do my water testing and to answer the LONG list of questions I had set for him. He answered with such knowledge and patience as I was firing questions at him (being that I am investing in something that will be around for a very long time). Earl was very observant to what I had going on and what his recommendations were (as I was still throwing questions at him) while doing excellent note taking. The day finally came to have my system installed (growing older and getting a water system is so exciting lol ) I wasn't going to be there which NEVER happens, he greeted me and let me know what was going to be installed. I did not worry at all which NEVER happens. As I got home to look for something that was wrong, I was speechless to find NOTHING at ALL wrong. In fact it was really a work of art for what they did and how they installed the system and there was NO scrap or material left behind. This is a PERFECT example of how to treat people and how to conduct business, at the same time delivering well above your promise and my expectations. Thank you Earl and Roy for reminding me that there still are HONEST people in this world.
