  Nothing but good things to say about this company. Pete took amazing care of me. They replaced my entire roof in just over a day. The crew as fast, professional, and effective. Pete communicated with me, checked in, and was always there. Pete was genuine, listened well, and was responsive. I have no hesitations about using this company in the future.

  From my first contact with project manager Jordan Herr my experience was top notch. Jordan was always available to answer questions or concerns in a timely manner. Once my roof was approved for replacement scheduling was fast and easy. The day of my roof replacement came and went with out any issues and Jordan was there during the install to ensure that work that was done was to his standard and mine. He was very thorough after the work completion to ensure everything was cleaned up and removed from my property. I would highly recommend Jordan and The Exterior Company for any of your needs.

  Our project manager, Andrew Torch, was amazing. He handled every aspect of our roofing/gutter/skylight project with the utmost professionalism. His regular and genuine communication throughout our project was highly appreciated. Of all the work we have had done to our home in the past, Andrew and his team stand out by far as the most professional and customer service oriented. Thanks Andrew!

  Our project manager Kyle Given was very professional and explained all our options and how things would be done. We had several questions and Kyle was always available to meet with us or email us about them. While we have a pretty large roof it was replaced in one day which Kyle was expecting. The roof replacement went very well even though we had a short rain shower. Clean up was good and of course we found old roofing nails for quite a while which is expected.
  
  We also had gutters and downspouts replaced. One issue we had was that Kyle was not able to tell us when this would be done. I really wanted to be here as i wanted a few things done differently. Unfortunately we came home one day to find the gutters and downspouts were replaced. While the work looked nice the things i wanted changed were not done. Kyle told us he did not know they were coming. Better communication between project managers and contractors need to happen. Kyle did see that the changes i wanted were made except for one gutter issue that still needs to be addressed.
  
  Over all TEC did a good job and we would recommend them and Kyle to anyone who needs this service.

  Great experience working with the Exterior Company. My contact (Andrew) was very professional and was right there from start to finish. Had a slight situation with unexpected weather and Andrew kept me informed of their progress throughout that situation. Job was finished in 1 day as i was told and the clean up was great. Highly recommend the Exterior Company and Andrew.
