  OMG! Absolutely amazing! If you are in the area, you have to bring your Kenworth to these folks who operate a hidden gem! Ashley in Service took such great care of us, making sure all our recalls were up to date and we were satisfied! Detailed and professional. Jeremy in Parts made sure we had all the pieces we were hunting. He went to the extra effort of contacting other dealers to try sourcing the parts we were looking for. Thank you so much for your help!

  In my 33 years of driving and owning 7 trucks I have never ever ! Been treated so well as I have here , all dealerships should learn from these people.
  They are friendly , informative , let me park here overnight and gave me a loaner car to drive while i wait ...
  Total class act and i will be back !

  Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership for repair. In my experience, the only reason to go to a dealership for repair is if it’s warranty but these people operate like a small independent shop. I called two hours ahead with a leaking wheel seal, Jamie said they could help, truck was in shop quickly after arrival and on my way two hours later! I’m from Canada but I would definitely go back to Mount Joy Kenworth in the future ( even when warranty runs out!)

  Stopped in for service in the middle of running a load. The shop manager Jamie went out of his way to check it out. He explained the DEF system to me and the service needed to get me back on the road. He is very Knowledgeable and that is the first time a shop explained exactly what the issue was and how they were going to correct the issue. While I waited, The young lady Ashley at the service counter was very polite, attentive, updated me on every step with a smile on her face, which was actually Contagious. There tech got me back on the road before they closed. This shop understands that time is money for us. Thank you

  Jamie's exceptional knowledge with Kenworth trucks is outstanding along with Colby Graham in the shop. They where able to diagnosis my problem quickly and get me back up and running. Ashley in the service dept kept me updated on the progress of my repair and clearly explained everything with her warm personality and smile.
