What she taught me and my colleges then about hearing loss and its effects on the people suffering from it still resonates with me today. She is one of the most caring and thoughtful providers in the industry. She truly lives by the golden rule.

(May 23, 2019, 9:57 pm)Every one at the Willow Street office were as nice as they could be. Very professional and detailed in their tasks. They made a potentially rough experience quite enjoyable. The time spent going over every detail of my new “bionic” ear left me confident that I knew what I needed to know when I left the office.
Top notch equipment is nice, but the human component makes or breaks the experience. I am very happy to say that everyone I dealt with were top notch people. -

(November 9, 2016, 12:47 pm)I've had several appointment at A&E including a hearing test and custom ear plugs. The staff is the best I've seen, from the front office to the Audiologist who helped me. They have won several awards from national entities and I have so much confidence in their ability to help with any hearing needs. When my friends and family need help with their hearing I wouldn't send them anywhere else!
