“Before reading below, please know that the regional manager reached out to me, was incredibly kind, and this issue was resolved. Because of that, I changed my rating from 1 to 5. It was truly exceptional customer service . *SITUATION RESOLVED, NEW MGMT* AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The doctors, assistants, hygienists were all great, BUT I went in for extensive work, and I was told I had great insurance that would cover all of it. Weeks later I receive a bill for over $1400. I call freaking out because I NEVER would have agreed to that. They tell me it was an error on their part, they are sorry they didn't explain better that I hit my maximum, and they would take care of it. I thank them and go for my next cleaning. Today I received a bill for $1527.04. NEVER AGAIN.”

“She is a wonderful doctor...she listens to me and I am in the process of trying new medications for my Bipolar Disorder 2, that I brought to her and she's allowing me to find medications that work best...I'm on Seroquel and gained 40lbs. in 3 weeks! I know, crazy, right? it's great to have a doctor that pays attention and works with me...my other doctor would see me for 5mins,(not exaggerating) hand me a script...she never heard my concerns about how the meds were affecting me...i.e.severe insomnia, weight gain, depression....Dr. Campanella is the best Psychiatrist I have been to...and I've been to a lot of doctors...with her she finds the right combination of meds...she doesn't throw you old meds that don't trreat bipolar disorder 2...she's personable, funny, genuinely interested in what you say...”
