“Great price for the amenities. We had a king size bed and 2 animals with us. I like the bus parking that made parking the 26ft truck easy. They have acres of grass in the back for dog walking. They take a $50 cash deposit that you get back once you check out. Bonus was assisting us with finding our cat!”

“We try and find if there is one in the places we are at and choose to eat there because the chicken is always great and consistently good. They aren't open on Sundays, but that is fine, because we're Christian and support that choice. I remember when most all businesses were closed on Sundays so families could go to church and be with their families and friends. It was no big deal, you just got what you needed on Saturday. But, getting back on track, we LOVE SOME CHICK-fil-A.”

I like how you can serve yourself for the BBQ sauces, which they keep on warmers. The employees were friendly and delivered some of the food to your table if it was still being cooked. “Right in the heart of Amish country The rooms were clean and large plenty of room wood floors better than carpet. Bathrooms were a little small . Our toilet leaked but they fixed it and it was fine. Staff was very nice. Would deff stay again the next trip . We had adjoining rooms too . Recommended this hotel”

I was hoping to see a working Amish farm with the tour. We did stop by a field and bought a tobacco leaf from an Amish boy for $1. I would take thisntour again, hopefully the other options are running.”

“I drove by this place after it closed and was very disappointed that I couldn't pick up some chicken pot pies. Last weekend, I was driving down rt 15, crossed into MD from PA... And saw a market on my right, about 50-ish miles South of Harrisburg. The name of the market is Catoctin Mountain Orchard. I decided to stop and was surprised to see the Zook's pies in their freezer... Beef and chicken. There were only 2 of each left, and I got the last 2 chicken. I baked one tonight. I followed the instructions and baked it in my little toaster oven. It was perfect! There are huge chunks of chicken pieces, and it didn't run all over as I thought it would when I was cutting a slice. The crust was delicious!! The pie was so yummy! I'm going to get more the next time I drive by that market since it is closer to me than Lancaster. Highly recommended.”
