“I feel for the people who had poor experiences and left 1-star reviews, but as a long-time customer of PNC, I do not feel like those experiences are truly representative of this branch, nor PNC in general. I have been a customer of PNC for almost ten years, and I have been happy with PNC and this branch ever since. Everyone at this branch has always been very welcoming and courteous, and I have always gotten a warm greeting when coming inside. Several people I know and am close to also use PNC (and this branch in particular) and to my knowledge none of them have ever had any issues. Finally, I have taken advantage of some of the additional services that PNC offers as well (financial counseling, etc.) and have always been pleased with the help I have been given. I sometimes have some odd requests or questions, and they have always been accommodating. If you are already a PNC customer, or someone living in the area considering PNC, I definitely recommend this branch.”

“Before reading below, please know that the regional manager reached out to me, was incredibly kind, and this issue was resolved. Because of that, I changed my rating from 1 to 5. It was truly exceptional customer service . *SITUATION RESOLVED, NEW MGMT* AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The doctors, assistants, hygienists were all great, BUT I went in for extensive work, and I was told I had great insurance that would cover all of it. Weeks later I receive a bill for over $1400. I call freaking out because I NEVER would have agreed to that. They tell me it was an error on their part, they are sorry they didn't explain better that I hit my maximum, and they would take care of it. I thank them and go for my next cleaning. Today I received a bill for $1527.04. NEVER AGAIN.”

I was concerned that I would not be able to find a caring environment where Martha would be safe but still able to lead an active life. I was fortunate to find Oak Leaf Manor South. I visit Martha frequently and see first hand the caring and loving environment Oak Leaf provides. I know Martha is happy and can rely on the staff to take care of her. There are also activities. “Check in was easy. Our tent campsite was rather small for our 10x17 tent but it did the trick. It was nestled up against a cornfield. The whole area is close to everything Amish. People lament the fact that the stay is a maximum of 15 days. I was there for three nights. The price was great and they gave a lot of coupons for local businesses. The bathrooms were modern and immaculate. The pool is great. The free Amish bus tour was also very good. Highly recommend.”

“Nice place. I'm never sure if it's open since the only sign that I saw is way back by the farm house and not by the road. But the prices are amazing and they grow their own produce and sell their own raw milk so there's no middle man when you're buying. The money goes straight to the farmer. I will definitely be stopping by again.”
