“Took my car in for inspection, oil change and a noise the car was making. They found the cause quickly and did a great job in repairing my car. Brian was very easy to work with to schedule my service and since I had to leave the car over night, he got me into a nice loaner car for the evening. Sabrina was also a great help in assisting me to get some warranty work and a rebate that was due to me. I'm never disappointed with the quality of work from Keller Brothers and they always do their best to keep you informed while you are there or by phone. My service tech was also great in letting me know what problems he found with the car. I'd highly recommend them.”

The atmosphere was better than any other company with which I have conducted prior business. The employees were warm and friendly and conducted business as if I was the only customer. I had the pleasure of dealing with a Mr. Anthony Embiscuso. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. “I am one of those people who dread going into an auto dealership. I have worked in the field and have seen some things that have been questionable to say the least. I always have my guard up and did when I entered Keller Bros. Ford but it did not last for long. I was presently surprised at not only how knowledgeable and nice they were, but also how TRANSPARENT they were. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times and were honest with me. No games. Brad was our salesperson, and his knowledge and personable nature made us at ease. Tim was our F&I person and he was funny and not pushy.
