“UPDATED 5/3/19 with EXCELLENT Resolution! Last week I received a call from the manager, Shaun, to address the situation below. She was very courteous and attentive to the problem. Not only did she listen and understand what had happened, she presented options to resolve the situation. She was able to send the frames that I selected out to a complete lab that has different equipment to accommodate my prescription. Shaun personally handled the situation and made me feel like a valued customer. I am very happy with my new glasses. It was a pleasure to work through the problem with someone so attentive and understanding. Thank you for seeing this through and correcting the problem. I will definitely return and recommend this location. (previous) When I picked up my glasses (over $300), the associate cleaned them several times and I thought she was just meticulous with her method. After I left, I felt like there was a smudge on one lens but thought it must be the new prescription and my adjustment. When I looked closer, I found a large permanent "smudge" that appeared like a hundred fine scratches vertically in the middle of the lens. I had to go all the way back. When I arrived, two people cleaned them again and claimed not to see any scratches. I could see them easily while wearing them or putting them up to the light. The original associate looked at them for a few seconds and said she could see them - but now I suspect she already knew that they were there. One man said that it likely happened after I left because of the change in atmosphere between the store and outside. This cannot be true. They kept them and are going to ASK the lab to TRY and have them done on Monday, with no guarantee. I absolutely need them ASAP. I feel like the service for buying the glasses was adequate, but the product was terrible and service afterwards also lacking. I explained that I will be out over 2 hours of my time to remedy this as well as gas money to get there and there is NO sympathy, just excuses - and no offer of discount or financial assistance to offset my costs. Update 4/22 - they called me and said that they tried to make new lenses for the frames but could not do it without having the same problem. They told me to come in and pick out another frame. I told them I could not trust them to make lenses for another frame, nor did I want to pick something from their selection. I was told that it could take 3 weeks to settle the matter with my insurance, even though I asked that they call my insurance to expedite the matter so that I can get my prescription filled elsewhere. I was made to feel as if it was my problem and they "might" be able to do something.”

“This sweet shoppe has proven to be one of my favorites up and down the easter seaboard. I first visited one last year in South Carolina. I love caramel apples and they have quite a variety. I however like them with pecans and drizzled with white, milk and dark chocolate. This is not one of their normal items, but they have accomodated me at each location. This time Shana was the star and she made my apple perfect. All staff members were helpful and they have a great variety of candies to choose from.”

“Hotel is still under major renovations which resulted in my 4 star rating. Main hall, check in desk and bar/restaurant is completed. Outside and some current rooms is where the current construction focus appears to be. The room we stayed in was newly completed with new mattress, bedding, carpet and new tile in bathroom. An added feature was a built-in room air cleaner. A great feature in a hotel room. Customer service was fantastic, especially the manager on call. Food at the restaurant, though limited was delicious. They also had a Starbucks in the lobby area. I also noticed an attached golf course which I'm guessing was for hotel guests. When completed. This will be a great place to stay for a golf vacation or a luxury getaway. Looking forward to our next stay which will likely be after the hotel is completed.”

“A couple weeks ago two of my girlfriends and I had just got done with a show at the sight and sound and wanted a regular cup of coffee, we stopped at coffee co....best idea ever! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young, handsome young man, helpful, so polite and made us feel so welcomed and answered all of our questions we had since it was our first. What ended up being just a cup of coffee he talked us into specialty drinks and the lunch special, which both were to die for. Thanks to the friendly helpful staff and delicious coffee and food my girlfriends and I now meet up here weekly for ladies time. Good food and drinks make a place, but having a good, honest respectful, friendly staff makes the experience unforgettable.”

“It's great that they carry larger sizes. At 6'7", I wear a size 15 shoe (or occasionally a 14 wide). They had both sizes and a decent selection of shoes. With the BOGO sale, I got 2 pairs for about $130. One of the ones I wanted wasn't in stock in my size, bit I could order it and have it sent to my door, free of charge. I now I have good sneakers and good hiking shoes.”
