“I completely do not understand where these people went to see Dr Cole. Because at this particular office (his private office) I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. Everyone is laid back polite & efficient. I’ve never called & got an answering service. And yes the Dr is a very honest & rather blunt with the facts. Well I mean I believe he IS in his late 70’s or 80’s. He been my Dr for over 10yrs and I will be totally devastated when he retires. Now he also sees patients at Primary Health Network on Mill St & my experience there is like everyone is talking about here. Everyone is rude & they NEVER answer the phone & they never have. Anyway good day to all & May God Bless us all!!!!”

“New Castle Pennsylvania store has helpful employees. Upon my first rental I was unsure of the firmness I needed in a mattress. After the first being too soft and they not having any other in store or stock. I frequently had follow up calls informing me of various mattresses they have available. Along with help finding my perfect mattress. I was able to get help setting up auto pay for the day I get paid. Great place and highly recommend. They always have deals that you just can't pass up.”

“Edit::: I returned this morning and spoke with the owner and had NO issue. She was super polite and helpful My daughter went to the store yesterday to get me a Pepsi they were 2 for $3.75. She picked up one reg Pepsi and accidentally grabbed a wild cherry pepsi. I went to the store today to simply and kindly ask to exchange the non opened wild cherry for a reg one. The woman looked at me with distain and was told No. I explained she got the drink for me and when i noticed one of them was the wrong flavor i had just dropped my car off at the shop and had no way to come back last night. I got my car back today and at my earliest convenience came in to exchange i didn’t want a refund. Mind you i live in the area and frequent visit this location and was still told adamantly No. i was told come back in the morning to speak to an owner i find that appalling. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Customer service was terrible.”
