PA is home to some of the best ice cream I've ever tasted but it's not always easy to come by with mediocrity leading the field in most towns. So, if you're in this area, even if it requires a detour, go here. Well worth it.

(August 31, 2019, 5:13 pm)This is a nice cozy little Restaurant not far from Myerstown.Their burgers are the bomb.!!!!And their pulled pork sandwiches are very very good .Their prices are really fair .You get what you pay for .And ,their ice cream is to die for .Great place to eat ,very nice and friendly staff .

There’s has to be something to it. But any PA Dutch business owners that have any variety of ‘homemade’ ice cream is pretty great. If you live in the area and go to any big box ice cream place you are missing out.
The fact that they provide food is a tacet acknowledgement that they can’t only serve ice cream and expect people to rack up a bill there. The prices are solidly in the lower third of what you would reasonably expect to pay for cold desserts this good.
On the contrary. It’s maybe a tad on the expensive side for their hot meals.
