I’m usually here at least once a day for something. Most of the staff is very familiar with me so its like visiting family on most occasions. Staff is always friendly & willing to help. Most visits are usually in and out within 5 minutes. This Sheetz is one of the busiest places in the area. They can be short staffed & overwhelmed at times. If ordering food, the Sheetz app makes things quicker & reduces personal wait times. 4.75 stars out of 5 & wouldn’t go anywhere else for my quick fix items.

I give 5 stars because of the customer service I received. Jeriah was awesome. Working in customer service myself, I know the stresses that customer service agents face. I really appreciated his kindness and him talking to me as a person instead of just a number or a profit for the store! This young man deserves a raise!

On the negative side I did wait a long time for a simple hot dog order and there is no reason hot dogs take 20 minutes to prepare.

Amazing food as usual... They were very quick and polite... Clean environment.... All around good stop for grub!!!
