  I'm as happy as anyone can be with my purchase. I called in from out of state to look at a very specific car, to which they responded by holding the car until I arrived. I was given a test drive and allowed to inspect the car the very same day. My salesman, Jay, was as honest a salesman that there ever was. He actively pointed out flaws with the car for me to inspect and make my own judgements on. I got a great price, a welcoming staff that all knew each other, an actively engaging dealership owner that personally congranulated me on my car. I drove two and a half hours to find the perfect car for me and it was worth every mile.

  Me and my wife were in the market for a mini van. We looked at another dealership that we purchased from before but had a horrible experience at that dealership this time around. That's when we saw a great looking van sitting on the lot at Lebanon Auto Sales. I was greeted by Jay and he was very professional and customer service driven right out of the gate. We had some personal hurdles to get past but Jay stayed on top of everything and kept us in the loop every step of the way! We ended up purchasing the van from Lebanon Auto Sales! This dealership and all the staff (Jay the salesman, Ken the owner, the receptionist and all the service technicians) go way beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of! When it's time again for a high quality pre-owned vehicle, we will not be going to any dealership except for Lebanon Auto Sales! I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a pre-owned vehicle to stop in and see Jay or Ken! You will not be disappointed!

  I’ve purchased, traded, and sold many vehicles in the last 25 years. And the experience I had with Jay at Lebanon Auto Sales was one of the best ever. Fast, easy, and convenient. Jay immediately went to work for me and not only met my payment goals and terms, but beat them! Their facility was clean, organized, professional, and friendly.
